The company needed one central place to manage their entire dealer network — from warranty registration, to complaint handling, to sharing sales documents. Until then, everything ran through email and phone. Chaos was built into the process.
I built a system from scratch that replaced that chaos with one place. A dealer logs in securely, registers a device, files a complaint, downloads a price list — without a single call to HQ.
